Welcome to Will Rogers Scout Reservation, the premier Scout Summer Camp of the Cimarron Council. WRSR serves as the summer camp facility of the Cimarron Council. WRSR serves as host to many Council and District events including the Order of the Arrow and Cub Scouting.
Scout Summer Camp can be the most fulfilling experience that a Scout ever has. The activities that Scouts participate in, will stay with them long after growing into adulthood. This summer we will showcase Scouting for units across the Cimarron Council and from surrounding states. Our goal is to provide quality instruction in a wilderness setting to young men and women as they prepare to become our Country's leaders.
The camp consists of 340 acres of Oak and Hickory forest. The camp features a centralized dining hall, regional shower facilities and program areas, with plenty of room to roam, explore, and learn. The camp also features large bluffs overlooking the Arkansas River, perfect for the curious rock climber.
WRSR is available throughout the year for use by packs, troops, crews and ships for day events, overnight camps, camporees and unit weekend camping, excluding when summer camp is in session in Cimarron Council.
Boating
The reservation includes a boat pond where numerous Scouts have learned to canoe, row and sail.
Climbing
Climbing and rappelling are available on large bluffs overlooking the Arkansas River.
Shooting Sports
Will Rogers Scout Reservation has shooting ranges for archery, rifle and shotgun. Units can use the ranges for a nominal fee and we welcome non-Scouting groups shooting sports. Use of facilities will be subject to complete compliance with policies established by the National Council of the Boy Scouts of America and the Cimarron Council, Boy Scouts of America, including certificates of Training in the proper use of those facilities and equipment and proper ratios of leaders to youth.
Swimming Pool
One of the favorite features of campers is the swimming pool. What better place to cool off in the Oklahoma sun than in the water?

Camp Williams History
Williams Scout Reservation or more commonly called Camp Williams is also known as Camp Saline, it's former name, by the older veterans of the old Great Salt Plains Council. The camp was renamed Camp Williams in 1970 after the late Dr. C. E. Williams, a Physician and long time Scouter from Woodward who became a major supporter for Scouting. In 1972 Dr. Williams was principal donor for a new swimming pool at the camp. Dr. Williams passed away in November 1972 and is buried in Elmwood Cemetery in Woodward.Information & Reservations
